This is a well-run hotel, very convenient for the local shops and bars in Abano. The hotel pools are lovely and the rooms very comfortable. The staff were very helpful, even though as British guests, we were in a minority. There is a lot to commend this spa resort, located only 10km from Padua and if we were to return, we would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Some for the furnishings are a litle outdated, although of very high quality (they have lasted very well) - however, some of the rooms have already been renovated and the hotel will undergo a major refit of its reception and other areas in early 2012, after which I am sure it will be very smart.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the wide variety of facilities, including a relaxing spa, a nice pool, and the availability of free city bikes with child seats. We found the parking very easy to use and appreciated the hotel's location, which was just away from the square but very close to the center of town. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional.

The rooms were outdated and uncomfortable, with poor sound insulation and unpleasant bedding. The quality and variety of breakfast was below expectations for a hotel of this level.

the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the town center. the room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries. the breakfast had a variety of options, and the waiters were friendly. the hotel's spa complex was definitely a highlight, with saunas, steam rooms, and a beautiful pool.

The hotel could benefit from updating some of its facilities.

Great experience! Stayed in a wonderful hotel close to all the attractions, we could even get there by foot. the staff was friendly and helpful, always eager to lend a hand. Loved the spa and the delicious food. the pool was impeccable and we enjoyed several amenities such as the Jacuzzi beds. They had a very innovative menu with a great variety of dishes.

The rooms were a bit too hot for our taste and there was no coffee/tea pot or bottle of water in the room. we had a bit of trouble with the schedule at the spa, which could have been handled more flexibly.
